Day 7 – Sunday
Early morning: Still lemonade with pinch of cayenne pepper and MSM powder
Mid-morning meal: Green juice with mixed dark green leafy vegetables, lemon, apple, fresh wheatgrass and flax oil
Midday: Cleansing juice of carrot, beetroot, lime, apple, ginger and aloe vera
Early afternoon: Melon and blueberry juice
Late afternoon: Orange and grapefruit juice with spirulina and blue green algae
Evening: Green juice with cucumber and celery, fresh barley grass, snow pea shoots, fresh nettles and omega blend
