Breakfast: Coconut yogurt with papaya and bee pollen
Mid-morning meal: Green Power juice with cucumber, celery, mint, lime and sunflower greens
Lunch: Lotus manitok, sweet cabbage and dill
Mid-afternoon meal: Cranberry and orange juice
Supper: Mega salad of cucumber, celery, poppy seeds and pomegranate seeds with kale, spinach, parsley and olives and hemp oil dressing
