Day 1 – Monday

Breakfast: Goji berry and raspberry smoothie with fresh coconut water, MSM powder and ground flax seed

Mid-morning meal: Vitality juice with celery, cucumber, chard, apple, sunflower greens and green superfoods powder

Lunch: Onion crackers with cultured cashew cheese and beetroot pate

Mid-afternoon meal: Power cleanser juice with carrot, beetroot, apple, lime, ginger and aloe vera

Supper: Garden burger with sundried tomato ketchup and nut mayo, with kale and avocado salad
